2020 was an amazing uplifting, enlightening year the year I Said NO, fuck you I am gone., The year I took back my power traveled the UK whilst everyone else hid away in their homes., I roamed the land, the country, the seaside and nature.,The year I said I run my show, not you or anyone., The year I pushed back., The year I laughed at others more than them at me, karmic turnaround., The year I eat blackberries where ever I could harvest them from, drinking water for a week from a hole in the ground where all the dogs drank from., A year I felt more alive than since my journey in the middle east., A year of adventure into the unknown.,
What sparked this post was the man in this video. Without knowing, I can already tell this man is clearly a Pisces by how he moves through hobbies., He talks about covid how the world shut down and nobody was allowed out.,
Well, I heard that and thought, what are you talking about? All I did was live outside, travel from one country to the next, living from town after town outside. Was the world empty? NO people were outside with me where ever I went not many but they were there.,
I even camped on Glasgow police station lawn, took a dump, had a good night’s kip., and thanked them the next morning and they did not even realise I was there., I was in stealth ninja mode.,
Ask anyone about 2020 and it’s always dread and misery, Yet I had the time of my life., I can’t begin to understand people who thought that year was bad., Makes no sense to me. I see an opportunity for adventure and I took it., Same as 2012 Middle East.,
So when life throws you lemons, your only option is to make lemonade out of it., It’s all perception and the day someone tells me how I should think and feel are long gone.,
What made me laugh so much about the world dick men like Boris Johnson said stay home and everyone went oh OK and did as they were told., Me I was yeah go fuck yourself., 9 months later Boris caught at a Christmas Party he may have fooled everyone else he sure did not fool me.,
Everyone I have ever asked has nothing good to say about 2020, yet I see only good, adventure, living a dream., Compare that to today I am in bored mode. That’s normally how it begins. I get bored and start looking for a new adventure.,
One thing I have learned about living rural is the same thing every single day: nothing changes the same faces day in day out., same story in loop., Freaky Friday every day., How people live in small towns or villages all their life I have no idea.,
I see people get up, go to work who don’t look happy, come home more miserable than when they left, go to bed and repeat the same story, weekend arrives, lets get wasted and repeat the week over., It’s a loop., A record stuck on the same lyric., A non rewarding loop., Sometimes it’s better to close the curtains so you don’t see the same perpetual loop play out.,
It’s things like this that activate my mind to say, where is the most dangerous place on earth? Let’s go see how it pans out., A walk into the unknown., It prevents the loop it breaks the chains., If every day looks the same, I know something is not as it seems., Time to switch up a gear., Time to make lemonade., If life is the same, then you're no longer living, you're just playing a part in someone else script., It’s time to rewrite the script.,
When I say dangerous, I am referring to Middle East the news, governments everyone was saying the middle east and Muslims were evil, bad, terrorists, and I was yeah, yeah whatever I go find out for myself shall I…. Right now I feel the world has gotten way too comfortable, which tells me something massive is about to unfold and yeah, I think the world needs it again., I think it’s worse than covid, its impact on others will be tenfold more than covid., People don’t change on their own freewill a massive event forces them to change., I feel I think it’s needed.,
